Hey Australia, it's time for us to have our own donut festival. From New York to LA, we are bringing this concept to Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney. However, a donut festival (or any festival) wouldn't be the same without...beer.
So let's do this - we invite you to Australia's first Donut and Beer Fest!
We are all about creating a fun food culture, supporting local businesses and bring the community together to celebrate all things donut for one day.
We believe in giving back to the community and so we will be donating to a local non-for-profit.
Food for thought
1 in 8 kids arrive at school hungry every day.
It’s hard to believe, but there are many young Aussies who go to school each day without any lunch. And without food, concentration is compromised. Which means learning is compromised. Which means their future is compromised. And that’s not really fair, is it?
Eat Up is all about changing that. With the generous help and lunch-making skills of a dedicated army of hospitality students and volunteers, they make and deliver thousands of lunches a month to schools in suburban Melbourne and regional Victoria. In fact, since 2013, they've delivered over 50,000 lunches. Which is over 50,000 afternoons of learning salvaged from the grips of hunger. And they’ll keep going until all of Australia’s hungry school kids are fed.
Eat. Learn. Grow. It’s so simple, a kid would get it.
Your gold coin donation will go towards Eat Up.
